This is an OK, but somewhat limited citation generator. It is useful in that it will tell a user if there is missing information and prompt them to review the citation, but it has a limited amount of styles, and not a whole lot of direction on the main page. Additional guides do go into more detail and help the user understand citations and citation styles more. There is an excessive amount of advertising on the page.

The site has too much advertising, and the information given is not always accurate.

This site use to be user friendly but is now filled with advertisements that make it more difficult to navigate and use.

Clear and very user friendly. Makes it clear by filtering through the various citation methods and breaking it down step by step. Very functional for all levels.

Very clear structure will be valuable to students at all levels who are confused by the construction of a citation.  The in-text feature takes this beyond OWL, which, although more comprehensive, requires more patience.

I like the functionality of inputing the ISBN to get the reference information.  Overall, it's easy to use.  User interface could probably be improved, but then again, this is a free site used more for ad-placement than anything else.
