Subject: Non availability of the require software as an issue in ICT.

Dear Sir,

I write to your good self to seek your help to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities lack of a non-availability of the require software as an issue in ICT in our country.

ICT is considered the life of education. ICT is a sector that has been growing on the educational horizon since the middle of the twentieth century. It is the only field which is helpful in all aspects of human life, especially in educational development. Rather, we can say that ICT is an integral part of the development of the education sector.

As the importance and fidelity of ICT in the field of education is increasing and its scope is expanding in the present times. In the same way, its problems are increasing. They are causing problems for students and teachers. One of the problems is related to ICT programming software.

One of the major problems that students and teachers face with the increasing development of ICT programming software is the unavailability of the required software.

According to Salomon 1989, the provision of relevant and appropriate software to expand the use of computers in many countries is a major obstacle. As SPSS is taught as a subject in universities. But the unavailability of SPSS programming software affects the academic performance of teachers and students.

Therefore, I appeal to the government to ensure easy availability of programming software which is a part of the curriculum or subject matter of the student. So that students and teachers can move forward in the field of education.
