The SOX Challenge is located at the KPMG University Connection website and will require a free registration (email address and password) in order to access and download the materials.  The downloadable zip file contains three documents (two articles and a PowerPoint Presentation that contains the SOX Challenge). The SOX Challenge is designed to present the content on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 in a way that is both interactive and fun. The first part of the SOX Challenge presentation discusses a series of financial fraud cases from 2002 and examines the economic and political climate that led to the development of the legislation. The second section examines each title of the Act. The last part of this module provides an interactive activity that tests the knowledge and comprehension of students through their participation in a group-based game.
