The Ocean World team has gone all over the web and the world gathering information to present students with the latest in oceanography information and topics. Each section contains quick links to various points in the topic's pages, as well as pictures, real-time or near-time data links, and further information website links. Associated with each of the background information sections are five Classroom Activities built on the common themes of: Systems and Structures, Energy, Change, Interactions, and Measurement. These Classroom Activities are intended to be a starting off point to mold or change to fit your the needs of a K-12 science class.

This site is clear and elaborate and the pictures are so abundant. It attracts
me a lot. I spent a lot of time to review this Website and I can obtain a lot
from it. Every section is so detailed. In this material, each topic section is
organized so well that I can find the information quickly and easily. I can get
a lot of information about every aspect of ocean in this material. In
conclusion, it is the excellent material, and very comprehensive and useful.

Technical Remarks:

It is a good program for me to use. In this site, every section contains quick
links to various points in the topic's pages. It is so convenient for me to
browse other information about ocean. In addition, it provides many resources
(ocean-related references) for me to understand more about the ocean world.
