 This textbook is being utilized in a Kinesiology course for undergraduate students by April Karlinsky at California State University, San Bernardino. The textbook provides an introduction to motor control and learning and accessibly relays important research findings in the field as well as ‘real-world’ scenarios to highlight the connections between research-based principles and practical applications. The main motivation to opt into the Immediate Access Program was to reduce student textbook costs and enable all students to immediately access the textbook at the start of the semester. Most students access the open textbook as BryteWave digital course materials.
