ButterBike offers a variety of tools that are free, self-contained, and easy to integrate into existing classroom curriculum. By using adventure-linked education to connect students to content standards, we aim to create authentic learning experiences that link classrooms to real-world science, adventure, and discovery. We are so excited for you to be part of our next Beyond A Book Project. Sara Dykman, biologist, seamlessly weaves together science, a real love of nature and the adventure and hazards of biking with butterflies from Mexico to Canada and back. Using our experiences in a diverse range of habitats and our scientific backgrounds, Beyond A Book can enhance many science lessons. But Beyond A Book is for every subject.  Whether it is transforming real-world experiences into lessons with limericks, persuasive papers, letter writing, math problems or art projects.
