This video discusses the human rights obligations of business. It looks at the evolving concept of human rights duties of business, from Corporate Social Responsibility to the Ruggie Principles, and how consumers, the United Nations, and civil society has argued for greater responsibility of business.

The session on Business and Human Rights is one of the 13 sessions of an e-learning course on Human Rights in Southeast Asia produced by ASEAN University Network - Human Rights Education (AUN-HRE) and sponsored by the ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) and the Republic of Korea.   

The e-learning course is based on the textbooks developed and produced by the ASEAN University Network - Human Rights Education (AUN-HRE) as part of the Strengthening Human Rights and Peace Research and Education in ASEAN / Southeast Asia (SHAPE-SEA).
