The Mayo Clinic website gives much needed insight on Type 1 Diabetes in children.  It is an easy website to navigate especially for those who have been affected by diabetes and those that need to know more information about diabetes.  The website provides a description of diabetes as well as information about symptoms, causes, risk factors, complications, and much more about all types of diabetes.  Videos and pictures are also provided to help depict some of the effects of diabetes and how diabetes works in the body.
