I use this website frequently when I'm teaching classes on how to catalog electronic resources in RDA. The webpage linked here is just the general front page for the organization, but the most helpful resources are actually on the "Resources" page: https://olacinc.wildapricot.org/olac-resources - and that's where you'll find an absolute treasure trove of useful information for anyone cataloging any type of non-print material. OLAC is really the foremost authority for audiovisual cataloging.
