I am an MSN student in an Informatics Course and used this module as my example for an e-learning review and recommendation project. I had three questions/issues. 1.) I had some difficulty with slides 18,19 and 20. They do not appear to be displaying correctly. The text in the definition screen is "cut off" toward the bottom of the slide. 2.) Toward the end of the module, the transcript section of several slides indicates that the learner should click on the handouts tab to "download the transcript of this section", however, when I clicked on that tab, I was denied access to that section of the module. 3.) The handout tab does not contain a link for the study guide referenced in the audio module. I noticed that this module is a part of a nursing school program of study. Are there additional materials that can only be accessed if the learner is registered at VCU School of Nursing? If so, is there a way to include a note to that effect somewhere either in the module itself or in the description on MERLOT?

Hi Alissa, The first question in the preassessment starts after slide 8 and appears to be working as it should. Can you tell me what happens when you get to that place in the module? This is a fairly large module, so it may not perform as well if you're using a wireless connection. It would also help to know what type of computer and browser you're using. Thanks!

Hello, thank-you for the response. I am using internet explorer and/or mozilla...depending on the computer I am using at the time. I am using a wireless connection. I was able to access the scenarios and challenge scenario with no problem...however, I have no link to get to the preassessment. Thank-you

Hi Alissa, The preassessment isn't a separate link - it's the set of questions embedded in the module that appear after the first 8 slides and before you get to the scenarios. Hope that helps!
