Many workplaces have bullies and these need to be addressed and brought to an end. Bullying also occurs in nursing teaching-learning environment. This is terrible because it will put a damper on students learning. When bullying is not discussed it will spread and get worse. Bullying needs to be talked about in the nursing field.
