Firstly, the Binary Form is explained, which corresponds to a very simple composition. Then, the concept of Motif is explained and used to create a first 8 bar phrase. Next, the Harmonic Wheel is used for harmonizing the phrase. Finally, several rhythmic patterns suitable for that phrase are presented.
