JotForm is a  full-service web-based form builder that contains hundreds of form templates. In addition to the templaes, JotForm allows  users to create their own forms. JotForm uses a WYSIWIG interface allowing for its use in many different scenarios including education and business. Teachers can collect electronic data and files from their students. They can also use the survey feature where students can rate different objects using star or scale ratings.  Using JotForm, students can build forms and surveys to use to collect data for research. This among the many other useful tools included in the free package makes for a useful service in the teaching and learning snpace. In addition to the free service, which provides diverse opportunities for form building, fee-based packages offer even more tools for a reasonable fee.
