With Diabetes Manager, a free application on my Windows smartphone, you can keep track of your blood glucose levels.  Using this app can benefit those with diabetes by showing them trends in their blood sugar so they can maintain better control of it and their diabetes medications.

It allows you to view your levels in graph form, set goals for glucose levels, export data to Excel, send data as an e-mail, and get the most up-to-date news on diabetes.  Monitoring your blood glucose on this app can make it easier to convey your progress or struggles to your physician since you can easily e-mail this data to them or yourself to take along to an office visit.  This is an easy way to remember to monitor your levels since many of us carry our phones around with us everywhere.

1) Allows you to set goals for blood glucose levels.

2) Track blood glucose levels for different times of the day. Example: Before Breakfast, After Breakfast, etc.

3) Monitor progress against your set goals using friendly Graphs.

4) Get Latest Diabetes News.

5) Set "mmol/L" or "mg/dL" units.

6) Export your monthly glucose data as a CSV file in the form of an email attachment.  This is a free app
