For eLearning to be successful in Africa it requires first open access to open textbooks (PDF Format/lingua franca) that can be downloaded and easily copied wherever electricity exists and transported by foot or by drones wherever roadways and electricity do not exist in Africa. Siyavula is doing an excellent job of doing this in Africa.
