The purpose of the COHPPRC is to serve as a clearinghouse to disseminate information and resources that will enable other individuals and institutions to improve the quality of pain management. he COHPPRC, established in 1995, is a central source for collecting a variety of materials including pain assessment tools, patient education materials, quality assurance materials, research instruments and other resources. The authors state: Please feel free to copy materials obtained from this website or by mail and distribute to whomever you feel would benefit from this service. For any further information you may contact Stacey Pejsa or Betty Ferrell, RN, PhD, FAAN directly at the City of Hope. This site is excellent for teaching undergraduate and graduate reseauch, because students may view instruments for measurement of pain and for graduate students may obtain instruments that they may use in their research studies.
