'Mobl21 has designed and published two evaluation rubrics. These tables (for pre- and post-implementation) enable organizations to measure mobile learning effectiveness.'

'The rubrics can also be applied to other modes of evaluation such as comparing two mobile learning applications or comparing user groups where one group has the mobile learning application and the other does not.'

Both rubric can be downloaded from this site.
