The Thyroid Foundation of Canada is a non-profit organization dedicated to educate and inform the public of Thyroid disease. Established in 1980, it is also used to raise money to help fund research on Thyroid disease. There is a quarterly newsletter that is available to all members which tells of upcoming news and events. The Thyroid Foundation of Canada contains many volunteer workers dedicated to the education of the public about Thyroid disease. There is also medical staff that posts new news on Thyroid disease.
