There are quite a few financial planning/tracking websites and softwares, but I was unable to find one that was both free and as easily adaptable as the spreadsheets I put toghether. I've been tracking my finances on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the last 9 months and I can say it has lead to less stress and a far better understanding of how I spend what money I make. My sole tools and resources consisted of a basic calculator and Apache's Open Office Spreadsheet software (compatible with Microsoft's Excel).
