BioMolecular Explorer 3D (BME3D) is a collection of 3D-interactive, biologically significant molecules relevant to a high school biology curriculum. The site simplifies finding, preparing for, and using molecular visualization resources at the high school level. Includes: links to software, step-by-step download and install instructions, pre-selected molecules with descriptions to place them in context, resources for lesson planning, all materials are grouped by molecule.
