In this interactive activity, you will be a pedigree investigator. You will be investigating the Marshall family, a family affected with nicotine addiction. You will be able to watch video interviews, interpret surveys and view official death records to gather information for your study. You will also learn what a pedigree analysis is, what each symbols in a pedigree signify and why scientists construct pedigrees to aid in genetic disorders and/or diseases. Once you complete the Marshall family pedigree, you will answer a few questions pertaining to their family history.
