This app call MyNetDiary Diabetes TRacker App very useful for my patient since many of the patient do have diabetes. In this app patient can enter their blood glucose result, insulin administration time, medications, track their food, enter their carbohydrate intake, and excercise type and time. This app also give you a weekly report on what you have done, and how is your blood sugur been. This report patient can present to their health care provider who can better intervane based on how patient is been doing.
