This site provides a fun game that allows students to learn the correct molecular structures of the 20 amino acids. During the game, an amino acid will be indicated in the box located at the bottom right of the screen. Using the left and right arrow keys, students will be able to navigate the spaceship to locate and destroy the amino acid displayed in the box. Students can destroy the amino acid asteriod by pressing the spacebar. Students will earn 2 points for the correct hit and 1 point will be deducted for the incorrect answer. At the end of the game, students can see their score and also see the molecular structure of each amino acid.
