Material Detail

This is a web site containing a series of articles about n-tier computing. The articles range from glossaries to architecture comparisons to puff pieces promoting the sponsoring company's products.

There is a fair amount of information here, but little in-depth. The articles themselves range up to approximately 1,500 words in length, which is not much room to go into great detail about any particular subject. However, with thirty-five articles, a reasonable amount of ground is covered. The biggest drawback is the complete lack of diagrams. A topic like computer network architecture is well served by good, illustrative diagrams.
