Each region is described in detail along with the political regions in which it is found, which biomes it encompasses, its size and its conservation status. In addition there is a small photo gallery for ecoregion. The regions can be search based on several features including habitat type, zip code, place name, or a map key number which allow instructors to easily direct students to specific areas.
