This website provides all of the materials and course design for a junior/senior 14-week seminar on successful transition out of college. References, assignments, a syllabus and course outline, supplementary materials, lesson plans, advice, teaching experiences and more are provided. The seminar emphasizes discussion and peer learning, and encourages student self-discovery, anxiety reduction, and thoughtful consideration of each individual's support network. Topics include happiness, the good life, decision-making, advice from alumni, planning the job hunt, planning the transition, and personal finance. The course is very popular with students and has been found to be beneficial.
