We were awarded a new 3-year NSF grant to develop a curriculum that aims to transform INTRODUCTORY courses into active, project-based experiences by exposing students to a wide range of digital skills as they learn traditional disciplinary content.

The Digital Intro (i.e., DI) initiative aims to use projects to leverage digital tools, teach technical skills, and introduce students to design and inquiry in the context of introductory general education courses (e.g., psychology, sociology, political science, etc.). Some of our projects will be based on Passion-Driven Statistics experiences and get students working with data.
