Using non-coding RNA, it is possible to attach any gene sequence to the genome of the  cell. This method allows the users to select the sequence needed to be added to the cell. Jumping genes move around within a genome and sometimes become horizontally transferred to other organisms. They attach the genes they want to insert to a specific jumping element(in the form of bridge RNA) that does not have that many genes attached to it so the genes they attached will jump with the jumping element. The bridge RNA that they use has two loops, one that recognizes the donor DNA and one that recognizes the target site. This enables them to insert any gene anywhere as long as in each loop, they have the right target and right donor gene.
