The grading of brain tumors is very different from other cancers. They also have a progression different system of identification where they use grading instead of staging. It is also to note that there seems to not be a formal grading system but a more generalized way of identifying the progression of brain cancer. The article also mentioned that brain tumors rarely metastasize outside of the CNS, so how many cases had this occurred?
