Recognizing and Responding to Microagressions is an in-class activity to help students recognize microaggressions, avoid commiting them, and intervene when they witness microaggressions as either a bystander or the target of those messages. The activity also helps increase perspective-taking skills, and engage in civil discourse even when people disagree.
