This resource explores the importance of, and processes for, humanizing education. We start by exploring what humanizing teaching and learning means: to acknowledge that our relationships are foundational to the work that we do. It means to make learning inclusive with connection, access, and meaning-making at its core.

This resource is applicable and relevant to anyone working within education. It is for everyone, regardless of where you are at in this path. This resource is the product of collaborative co-design sessions, consisting of four “living modules” that consider the many nested and entangled functions of academic ecosystems. Each module explores learning experiences, teaching and learning supports, and additional readings. The four modules won’t, on their own, humanize learning, but they are part of the broader process.
