A common injury we often encounter in the healthcare industry of nursing is the occurrence of pressure ulcers and their development. At times these patients whom are at high risk for the development of these injuries often find themselves stuck between an unaware health care provider and a silent but serious complication that simply can result from laying in the same position for too long. The occurence of these injuries lead to longer hospitalizations and increased health complications. It is important to develop an effective system in order to address this.
