Resiliency allows one to deal with stressors in a proactive manner. Known to support mind, body and spirit, resiliency fosters the ability to move through issues and glean a life lesson from them. This toolkit provides methods for doing just that. Having simple ways to support one's ability to cope can make all of the difference.
