For use in D&D Beyond Instructional Session: Through the use of slideshows, audio presentation, and a live demonstration of the website, students will be taught how to navigate the website dndbeyond.com.  

This slideshow provides a template for a live walkthrough of the website, demonstrating how to locate resources within the site’s databases (Learning Objective 1). Opportunities are provided for students to examine how the system organizes information, and they will learn to create effective search queries. An instructor can use this slideshow as a guideline for their own live demonstration or use it as-is if a demonstration is not possible or useful.  

Learning Objectives

1. Users will learn to navigate the site’s databases and locate specific resources.
2. Users will be able to build a character using the organizing system.
