Chemistry Games - Legends of Learning is a depository of interactive science and math games for K-9 students. The Chemistry Games cover introductory chemistry topics such as Atoms and Elements, Chemical Reactions, Molecules and Compounds, and Pure Substances. The design and function of the games are developmentally appropriate for K-9 students, and the chemistry content is integrated well into the levels for each game. Parents and K-12 teachers can create a free account and can integrate this with their Google Classroom in order to assign their students games. The site is fairly easy to navigate and is well organized. Professional development resources are provided through recorded webinars and asynchronous learning modules that can be accessed through the website. The interface is designed such that an instructor can readily show their students how to access the games. This is highly recommended for science educators who may not necessarily have an extensive background in chemistry and are looking for fun and user friendly resources for their class.
