English Abstract: As a methodological contribution to the trialist developments and an argumentative contribution to the objectivity of the value of justice, in our doctoral thesis we gathered from the so-called "hard" sciences, physics and geometry, the concept of quantum time and the figure of a Platonic solid, the tetrahedron -harmonizing it with the theory founded by Goldschmidt, which integrates the reality, the norm and the justice of the Juridical World- until the present time with the prospective juridical strategy -from the trialist developments of Ciuro Caldani-. We take from the "platonic solids" that figure, to graph that the "linear" time allows us to incorporate the "future" time to a common and comprehensive three-dimensional General Theory, taking into account the indicators of the present, with future projections for an objective justice of arrival for a better world as a possibility of providing juridical answers, ex multis, to singularity, artificial intelligence, inclusive robotics, of which the Law seems to be behind. In this paper we briefly expose the concept of value from which the founder of Trialism starts, his position in relation to the objectivity of justice and the subsequent developments of Ciuro Caldani regarding the dikelogical methodology and his enlightening contribution to the argumentative possibility that we develop in support of the objectivity of the absolute and distinctive value of Law that the change of Era evidences.
Spanish Abstract: Como un aporte metodológico a los desarrollos trialistas y una contribución argumentativa a la objetividad del valor justicia, en nuestra Tesis doctoral recogimos de las ciencias llamadas “duras”, física y geometría, el concepto del tiempo cuántico y la figura de un sólido platónico, el tetraedro -armonizándolo con la teoría fundada por Goldschmidt, que integra la realidad, la norma y la justicia del Mundo Jurídico- hasta la actualidad con la estrategia jurídica prospectiva -de los desenvolvimientos trialistas de Ciuro Caldani-. Tomamos de los “solidos platónicos” esa figura, para graficar que el tiempo “lineal” nos permite incorporar el tiempo “futuro” a una Teoría General tridimensional común y abarcativa, teniendo en cuenta los indicadores del presente, con proyecciones futuras para una justicia objetiva de llegada para un mundo mejor como una posibilidad de brindar respuestas jurídicas, ex multis, a la singularidad, la inteligencia artificial, robótica inclusiva, de las que el Derecho parece estar a la zaga. En este ensayo exponemos someramente el concepto de valor del cual parte el fundador del trialismo, su posición con relación a la objetividad de la justicia y los desenvolvimientos posteriores de Ciuro Caldani respecto de la metodología dikelógica y su aporte esclarecedor para la posibilidad argumentativa que desarrollamos en sostenimiento de la objetividad del valor absoluto y distintivo del Derecho que el cambio de Era evidencia.
