As of February 2022, the Psych Show has over 180,000 subscribers and has garnered more than 5 million views.

My General Psychology class just finished an assignment on sleep where they track their sleep and alertness for one week and then use the text material to evaluate their sleep and night time routines. I just gave them the "How to sleep better during quarantine" video as many of them are struggling more than what I normally see thanks to COVID.
