This is an excellent site (with great illustrations) to practice creative writing in French. It offers 3 'ateliers d'ecriture' where users can write texts in a non-mechanical way, edit their work and email it.  Great as a weekly warm-up to accompany a written course. NOTE AS OF SEPTEMBER 10, 20013: right now only one atelier is available - Hopefully ateliers # 2 and #3 will be available again.
