This is a StAIR project that allows students to learn about the 18th amendment (Prohibition) while being engaged in the activity.  The material on the StAIR discussing the reasons for prohibition beginning, change in U.S. society as a result of prohibition, rise of organized crime, rise in corruption and finally why the U.S. chose to pass the 21st amendment and repeal prohibition.
