This site has a lot of foundational information about Instructional Design and is very well-organized and professional. Resources and references are provided for each concept. My only complaint is that they provide lists of theories, for example, and some of the theories link off to pages which describe them in more detail, but not all. I hope it is a work-in-progress and more information will be added.
