Abstract: The development and application of computers and the increasing Internet accessibility have led to the state where users of public services will no longer have to go from desk to desk and ask for certificates, but they can get those through the portal of the competent authority on the Internet. This is provided through the e-services in the area of egovernment development. This paper presents the results of current electronic services situation in public administration. The aim was to assess the current situation and make further recommendations for the further development of e-government.
