This site has an incredible collection of lesson plans, teaching guides, etc. for various books.  Although the site is not very glamorous, it "is intended primarily as an information resource for teachers, but it's also useful for students and for home-school parents. As of early January 2010, this site displays only information about "Literature Lesson Plan" resources, but my real goal is to deliver a useful and relevant directory of a full range of K-12 teaching and learning materials, in all content areas (integrated with specific content standards). As of January 5, 2010, the database (used to generate pages for this web site) contains more than 63,300 "literature lesson plan" links."

Although designed for K-12, some of the lesson plans could be used in introductory literature classes at the undergraduate level.

NOTE:  Some of the lesson plans are on commercial sites with a fee for use, but many are open source.
