Dean Erwin Chemerinsky is one of the nation's prominent Constitutional experts. His presentation about freedom of speech, including campus controversies is interesting and thought provoking for students. However, the placement of the microphone across his face in this video was very distracting. My students asked me to summarize his presentation rather than having to watch the video, and to include more recent examples of free speech.
