I wrote a detailed review of OYC's EEB 122 with comparisons to other on-line video courses on Biology:  http://blog.cjfearnley.com/2011/08/23/a-big-picture-conceptual-introduction-to-biology-eeb-122/

Technical Remarks:

Transcripts are very good.  Video quality is very good.  Slides are not available and squinting is sometimes necessary to read the slides.

Time spent reviewing site: About 1 hour every four days over five months
