In Flashover training and in an actuial incident, it is sometimes becomes necessary  to remove a fire fighter's turnout gear while it is still in a superheated condition.  Anthony Avillo and Frank Ricci of the New Haven Fire Department narrate and demonstrate proper technique in this video.
