This site is a portion of the free Merck Online Manual that covers infectious diseases.  A sample of the sub-topics includes Anaerobic Bacteria, Arboviridae, Arenaviridae, Bunyaviridae, and Filoviridae, Nematodes (Roundworms) and many others.  Each of the sub-topics includes a discussion of the problem as well as symptoms and treatment.
