QA Resources is a collection of reference tools and resource materials on QA methods and approaches for improving healthcare.  It includes several categories of resources, including Quality Assurance Tools and Methods.  It is part of a larger website maintained by the The Quality Assurance Project (QAP), funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) that focuses on Quality assurance (QA).  QA can be defined as all activities that contribute to defining, designing, assessing, monitoring, and improving the quality of healthcare. These activities can be performed as part of the accreditation of facilities, supervision of health workers, or other efforts to improve the performance of health workers and the quality of health services.  The Tools and Methods area provides information on 15 tools, including description, when to use, types, elements, and how to use.  These range from charts (flowchart, Gantt chart, and Pareto chart) to benchmarking and systems modeling.
