The Sustainable Mobility Learning Laboratory is an entirely unique online educational program  featuring an unparalleled combination of software programs and educational materials. The Laboratory is designed to assemble the software and materials needed to introduce students to transportation and the environment. These programs are crucial to professional training in science and engineering, but they are very hard to use. Students learn about the important variables in vehicle design, engine technologies, and fuels as they design a race car scenario. In this way, they learn about energy, technology, and air pollution. Students can also learn about sustainable mobility and health and about many other ways in which transportation affects the world’s environment. Finally, students get to "meet" some of the faculty and the staff who are working on sustainable mobility.
