I am in the process of converting a Personal Selling and Sales Management course I teach at Coastal Carolina University from using paid books from McGraw-Hill to OER materials. In my search for a suitable core textbook I discovered "The Power of Selling" from Saylor via the Open Textbook Library. I found it comprehensive and easily adaptable. I am still in the process of preparing it for use in my class, but what I've done so far is to break the full PDF text into chapters using and then converted those individual PDFs into Word documents (also using Now that I have them in an editable format I can adapt and adjust the material as needed to fit my course learning objectives in addition to my goals for the week in which it will be used.
