This course is an introduction to project management. The art and science of project management have evolved much over the last 1-2 decades. At this point, 2017, all small, medium and large companies use structured project management methodologies and guidelines to run their internal and external projects. My objectives are not to teach you how to become a project manager, that will require many courses and hands-on experience but to teach you how to become an effective team player in a structured project.
